Born on December 16, 1973 in the city of Viseu, Portugal, Filipe Rebelo, artistic name Phill Bello, studied painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Porto where he created his first works.

Currently, he dedicates himself only to painting, receiving orders from various personalities and companies.
