House opposite a castle with 3 500 m2 land, recreation area

Vranov nad Dyji is a township on the border with Austria (100 km faraway from Vienna/Wien) on the Dyje river with 900 residents, complete infrastructure (doctor, groceries, post office etc). Vranov nad Dyji is a well known recreational area with dam with sandy beach,nice castle, intact nature (National park Thayatal and Podyji), close to the recognized Moravian wine country.

The house itself was built in 1996. It is a wooden house, 10,5 x 7 m, ground + first floor. It is located on a hill on southern slope opposite to the castle with a beautiful view on it. There is also a separate garage for 1 (big) car and a farm building. The house is surrounded by 3 500 m2 of land with different full-grown fruit and nut trees. Direct nice Dutch neighbors.
