We are looking for a flexible admin. help to assist us (from home) with inquiries and reservations for our touristic accommodations in Amsterdam.
The tasks include light administrational work such as email correspondence, reservations, planning and after sales. Occasionally, there will also be the check-in and check-out of the guests at the accommodation.
We are looking for somebody who is:
Able to work independently;
Proactive, professional and positive attitude;
Efficient and able to work under pressure;
Accurate and eye for detail;
Customer oriented and result driven;
Fluent in English;
Computer skills such as Excel, Docs and easy to learn different kind of reservation systems
Able to set priorities, strong organizational abilities and excellent attention to detail and has good sense of ownership/responsibility
After a good starting period you will be able to work from home.
