This is a genuine German World War One trench telephone hand set
German military field telephone receiverused on the battlefield during World War I.
Also called "Armeefernsprecher" in Greman ,this field telephoneor Iron Army Field Telephones were introduced in 1913 and were a more light weight telephone used by men on the front lines.
Heavier Feldfernsprecher or "Field telephones" were in use by signalers in the 2nd and 3rd line positions.
This is a truly interesting and very scarce piece of original German World War One trench warfare equipment that you won’t find easily!
Its in good condition.
There is no visible damage , except that the wooden button is partly broken .
It will be packed very very well .
