Very cool 100% original extreme cold face mask as used by waistgunners on aircraft at high altitudes (see photo's) and by navy personel. These were made around 1943. All press studs functional. Difficult to find in such a nice condition! Great and rare 100% original item from WW2!
Very cool 100% original Military Police Brassard for US WW2 military policemen. These would be worn on the sleeves of MP in their service in the European theatre of operations (see attached examples). Great field worn brassard in very good condition. Up for auction is a nice 1943 (EARLY!) copy of the United States Army Technical Manual TM 30-606 entitled "German PHRASE BOOK". It covers many useful German words and phrases. These booklets were issued to the troops just prior to the invasion of Europe, to facilitate interrogation and communication of/between German POW's, German nationals, etc. This example was definitely worn in the field, hence the condition. This is a cool standard, FULLY FUNCTIONAL engineer issue wire cutter (often called barbed wire cutters) issued to the U.S. combat engineers during WWII. Rare 100% genuine WWII USAAF A9-A cold weather lambskin flight mittens with trigger finger - they are made by the Ken-Wel Sporting Goods Co.in 1944 and are a great pair. Nice 100% original WW2 USA A-11 Leather Flying helmet, complete with the original manufacturer label, which is dated 1944. Made by the ''Bradley-Goodrich Incorporated'' Company''.
